Blue Mandarin is a Dubai-based full-service digital agency offering design, development, and growth services — yet they had no visual identity to call their own. Serving businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, they needed a brand that could confidently represent them at every client touchpoint across the UAE and beyond.

How do you build a brand for a branding agency — from zero, without it feeling generic?

Blue Mandarin operated across multiple service lines — branding, web development, SEO, social media, and media production — but had no visual language to unify them. As a new agency entering a competitive Dubai market, they had no logo, no color system, no typography, and no brand guidelines.
The challenge was to build a brand system entirely from scratch — one that felt distinctive and premium, yet flexible enough to work across all their digital and print touchpoints, from their website to pitch decks to brand guidelines.
