


A key challenge was restructuring the old CRM dashboard to better serve internal teams managing a growing customer base. The existing system lacked clear organization and essential features. This meant rethinking the entire admin experience ā from user management and sponsored posts to project creation ā and turning complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces that any team member could navigate with confidence.




I also designed additional key sections of the CRM ā including user management, profile settings, and the reviews & ratings panel ā to ensure every part of the system felt consistent and easy to use. Each screen was carefully structured to help the Home Craftology team manage their platform with clarity and confidence across all touchpoints.
