Healthcare Website Redesign

Zydus is a global healthcare company that makes medicines, vaccines, and other health products to improve people’s lives. At the end of 2025, I redesigned their entire website. I started with user research to understand what people actually need and where they face problems. Then I organized everything by creating a clear information architecture and simple wireframes. Finally, I designed the full website and built an interactive prototype, making the overall experience cleaner, easier to use, and more aligned with their global brand.

Zydus’s digital presence didn’t reflect its global ambition

Zydus is one of India’s leading healthcare companies — yet their website failed to communicate the scale, credibility, and innovation behind the brand. With diverse audiences ranging from investors and healthcare professionals to patients and sustainability stakeholders, the existing site struggled to serve any of them well.

The opportunity was clear: redesign the website to create a unified, trustworthy digital experience that matched Zydus’s global reputation — one that was visually compelling, easy to navigate, and built to communicate complex information with clarity.

Problem Statement

How do you simplify a complex healthcare brand into one coherent digital experience?

Zydus operates across multiple business verticals — pharmaceuticals, biologics, wellness, and hospitals — each with its own audience and content needs. The existing website had grown fragmented over time, with inconsistent layouts, dense content, and no clear visual hierarchy.

The challenge was to bring all of this together into a single, cohesive experience. That meant restructuring the information architecture, simplifying investor and sustainability content, and designing a system that felt authoritative yet approachable across desktop and mobile.

The redesigned Zydus website delivered a clean, modern experience across all pages — from the homepage and business sections to sustainability, newsroom, and investor relations. Complex content like ESG goals and product research was restructured into clear, scannable layouts.

The design was fully responsive, ensuring a smooth experience on mobile and tablet. Key graphics and visual assets were also redesigned to stay consistent with Zydus’s refreshed brand identity — making the site not just functional, but genuinely reflective of a world-class healthcare company.
